Install LobbyInk
- Download LobbyInk on the front desk computer (on the right) and run it.
- The installer asks for your licence key: copy it from Licence key below (Show → Copy) and paste it.
- Read and accept the licence agreement and type your name. A copy is saved on the computer.
- LobbyInk activates itself when it starts. That's it.
The computer needs the internet while installing. LobbyInk 2.9.3 to 2.9.7 can also sign in with this account (Settings → Licence).

Licence agreement

The agreement is accepted when LobbyInk is installed (2.9.8 and later). The text is on lobbyink.com/terms; the copy with your key is on the computer: LobbyInk → Settings → Licence → Open the copy of the agreement.
Computers

Moving to a new computer? On the old one: Settings → Licence → Move to another computer, then sign in on the new one. If the old computer broke, open a ticket and we'll free the licence.
People with access

A colleague who needs access creates their own account with the same hotel name. We link it to your licence.
